Rachelle has a Health and Fitness Studies degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University. In addition to holding a health coaching certification, Rachelle has certifications in: Behavior Change, Sports Nutrition and Weight Management, TRX, Kickboxing and Living Well – Chronic Disease and Diabetes. Rachelle’s passion is in an individual’s whole wellness. When working with members, she focuses on exercise, nutrition and behavior modification through health education. An avid runner and triathlete, Rachelle knows that every movement counts and she strives to create opportunities for clients to engage in “exercise snacks” throughout the day. Her philosophy for exercise: “Since I was about 10 years old I wanted to work in the fitness industry in some way. This is now my reality and it never seems like work. I believe this is exactly what I was gifted to do. Every day is fun, challenging and exciting.
