Delay the Disease

Many Parkinson’s Disease (PD) symptoms can be managed with regular exercise. Madonna Wellness Club’s “Delay the Disease™ is an evidenced-based
fitness program designed to empower those living with PD.

DETAILS
• 8 Week Series: January 27 – March 18
• 1:15-2:15 p.m. on Monday & Wednesday
• Meet 2 times per week – 16 small group fitness classes
• Led by certified Delay the Disease™ instructors
• Optimize physical function to help delay PD sympton progression
• Establish an exercise routine with PD specific guidance & support

PRICING
• $60 Member / $150 Guest

Workshops and Series

Madonna Wellness Club provides a holistic and individualized experience for members and guests. To allow for each person to customize their experience, workshops and series are provided so individuals can learn more about health, wellness, nutrition and fitness topics.
