Jason has a degree in Sports and Fitness Management from Doane College. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He likes to find proven and innovative ways to help people increase mobility, strength, and vigor. Jason believes exercise prescription should translate to achieving life’s tasks and aspirations. He is interested in post-rehab and enjoys continuing education. At ProActive, he has served in a variety of areas, including: medical fitness programs, workshops, and program development. Jasons strength is meeting people where they are at, while inspiring the hope that motivates them to become more healthy and active.
