Madonna Wellness Club offers a variety of mind & body services such as Pilates, Pilates reformer, yoga and private yoga. These services can be purchased as one-on-one or tandem (semi-private, two individuals with one instructor). 

Pilates Reformer

What are the benefits of Pilates Reformer?

Reformer training builds core strength, promotes better posture, balance and pain-free movements through stronger joint range of motion and muscular contraction. Reformer training increases body awareness, strengthens the bones, prevents injuries, enhance day-to-day movements and overall performance, as well as improve flexibility, balance and strength.

What is a Reformer?

A Pilates Reformer is a piece of specialized equipment that has a frame, carriage (bed), straps and a bar. Additional equipment can be added to the reformer. Tension is created with the varied levels of springs that control the carriage. The springs can be customized to each individual’s strength level for any given exercise.

Pilates Reformer Classes

A small group setting of no more than 3 individuals, receive individualized guidance in a lower-cost format.

Private Sessions

Receive one-on-one instruction from a Pilates instructor. This is great for those with specific goals, want more guidance, are post-injury, post-surgery or just prefer the private setting!

Tandem Sessions

Two-on-one instruction, bring a friend or family member for a tandem Pilates reformer session.

Pilates (non-reformer) Classes

Mat Pilates is also offered on a weekly basis. This class is at no additional cost for members of Madonna Wellness Club. Punch cards are also available to purchase. Check out the group fitness schedule to see all offerings.

yoga & Private Yoga

Yoga at Madonna Wellness Club focuses on combining breath work and movement. The instructors provide cuing to encourage proper alignment and provide progressions or modifications depending on class participants needs. It is a non-denominational setting to ensure all individuals feel welcome in the space.

Yoga Classes

Choose from over 20 yoga classes of varying types are offered on a weekly basis. These classes are included with monthly membership dues. Punch cards are also available for purchase.

Yoga Series & Workshops

Throughout the year, specialized series or workshops may be offered. These include but are not limited to Yoga for Beginners, Yoga for Hands, Yoga for Feet, Yoga for Shoulders and Yoga for Hips.

Private Sessions

Receive one-on-one instruction from a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor. This is great for those with specific goals, want more guidance on specific movements, are post-injury, post-surgery or just prefer the private setting!

Tandem Sessions

Two-on-one instruction, bring a friend or family member for a tandem Yoga session.
